Dance Experiences held for Women to free their spirits through the movement of their bodies! Under the expansive Kansas sky, next to a tall grass prairie, come circle up and connect to yourself, one another and the Earth as we dance. Nissa Alemán Daniels guides each Dance Experience with a certain intention such as balancing the chakras, opening the heart, feeling joy, womb healing, embracing emotions, shadow work, celebrating the Earth Mother, etc.

Nissa selects the music from different cultures and genres to inspire women to freely and intuitively move their bodies to the music. The Experience will flow as follows: opening the circle, breathing/stretching, dancing, gently meditating, closing the circle. Ecstatic sensations are felt as we move to the rhythms of our souls. Spirit Dance creates a safe space to love yourself, express yourself, and be joyful. 

This Experience will be held in the East field at BRFE.

No dance experience required. Bring a water bottle and dress in clothing that is comfortable for the weather and movable . Yes, we dance in the rain!

**In the case of inclement weather, participants will be notified via email by 6 AM on the morning of the experience. The canceled experience cost will not be refunded, but may be used as a credit to another Spirit Dance or any other Experience offered by BRFE.
